We have a range of books to support business start-ups in our libraries, specifically at Central (Floor 2), Clifton, Hyson Green and Sherwood Libraries.

COBRA

COBRA (or Complete Business Resource Advisor) is an online resource packed with information about setting up in business. Including how-to guides, business opportunity profiles, factsheets and information on legal issues and health and safety, COBRA is an essential tool for anyone thinking of setting up a business.

Access it in the library or at home with your library card number.

Information4Living is an online hub, directing you to local and national sources of help and support on a range of topics including Business.

Computers and WiFi

All our libraries have public access computers which are free of charge for library members. We also have free Wi-Fi at all sites via The Cloud, and many of our libraries have a café or vending facilities, so why not bring your laptop or device and work in the library?
